General contract includes:

• complex design;
• full cycle of construction and installation works;
• complete set with main / auxiliary equipment, spare parts, materials;
• phased quality control;
• pre-launch tests;
• commissioning tests with confirmation of warranty indicators;
• staff training;
• commissioning.
